Isolation Gown PKG QTY 1
DESCRIPTION – The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) establishes standards for all gowns deemed fit for medical use by the FDA. There is a classification system (from 1-4) based on two tests, the AATCC 42 ‘Water resistance: Impact Penetration Test’ and the AATCC 127 ‘Water resistance: Hydrostatic Pressure Test,’ which classify the gown. These gowns are deemed level 3, suitable for all but the most extreme medical scenarios.
CONSTRUCTION – Our gowns are constructed of non-woven Polypropylene laminated with a Polyethylene film. This makes the gowns very breathable and comfortable for all-day use versus the cheaper vinyl alternative, which maintains fluid resistance but is uncomfortable and unbreathable.
